Comfy bed. Stylish room. Shower could be more modern. Good location for convention. Clean room. Nice staff. Easy walking access to shopping and restaurants. Amazingly clean room. Cozy bedding. Pricey but worth it for a good night's sleep.

The property was in the middle of the city. We found nice Cafe Sevilla nearby with hot beverages.

I was offered a room with cool views on the ocean and on the queen Mary and downtown.

The bed here is incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom is luxurious with central heating. It's great to have a private safe and pay TV in the room. The location is perfect and convenient, with parking available on-site.

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, a private safe and pay TV. The bathroom had a roll in shower, which was great. The location was magnificent, for example, Shoreline Village was within walking distance of the hotel. This property was located in a nice area.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location is perfect, right across the road from the Convention Center and close to lots of great restaurants. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The service was top-notch, with room service and dry cleaning available, as well as wake up calls and ironing facilities in the room. There was even a mini-bar and in-room safe. We appreciated the soundproofed rooms and garden furniture on the terrace. our experience at this hotel was wonderful. We enjoyed the leisure facilities including the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sun terrace. The staff were very friendly, even if our waiter wasn't always available. The express check-in/-out was a nice touch and we had a lot of fun playing pool and cycling. We would certainly recommend this place to our family and friends.

The location in the middle of Long Beach, everything was easy to reach.

Rooms already a bit outdated, especially the bathroom (fittings looked old).

We loved the room and amenities, especially the jacuzzi, which made for a perfect Memorial Day morning. The hotel is conveniently located near the convention center and great restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. The view from our bay view room was absolutely amazing.

We felt really good about our stay, with nothing to complain about.

We stayed on the 11 floor it was beautifull. But the elevators were so slow it was really bad. The vallet staff was the best ever Robert and the big guy in the suit were awsome. They are the face of your hotel the first and last ones seen so you should really take care of them. Hell i waited a half hour to give the big guy a tip. But he was helping someone to their room. But belive me ill come back by to give it to him Thanx again JERRY BETTS/ CORONA CA
